You may return your items as long as they still have the tags on, have not been worn or washed, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs. The products must be packaged exactly the same as when they were shipped. You must contact us by email for a return authorization number and we will give you details on getting a return postage sticker.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of us receiving your package and verifying that the products are in “as new” condition. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you are exchanging product or ordering new product we will simply apply your credit against the new products and issue you a credit for the balance if the new products are cheaper or issue a credit to your account that will apply against the new items.
